Function selectTokenPoolInfo

selectTokenPoolInfo(infos: TokenPoolInfo[]): TokenPoolInfo
For compress and mintTo instructions only. Select a random token pool info from the token pool infos.

For decompress, use selectTokenPoolInfosForDecompression instead.

- infos: TokenPoolInfo[]
  The token pool infos
Returns TokenPoolInfo
A random token pool info
