selectSplInterfaceInfo(infos: SplInterfaceInfo[]): SplInterfaceInfo
For compress and mintTo instructions only. Select a random SPL interface info from the SPL interface infos.

For decompress, use selectSplInterfaceInfosForDecompression instead.
Parameters
- infos: SplInterfaceInfo[]
  The SPL interface infos
Returns SplInterfaceInfo
A random SPL interface info
