checkTokenPoolInfo(tokenPoolInfo: TokenPoolInfo, mint: PublicKey): boolean
Check if the token pool info is initialized and has a balance.
Parameters
- tokenPoolInfo: TokenPoolInfo
  The token pool info
- mint: PublicKey
  The mint of the token pool
Returns boolean
True if the token pool info is initialized and has a balance
