Check if the SPL interface info is initialized and has a balance.
Parameters
- splInterfaceInfo: SplInterfaceInfo | TokenPoolInfo
  The SPL interface info (or TokenPoolInfo for backward compatibility)
- mint: PublicKey
  The mint of the SPL interface
Returns boolean
True if the SPL interface info is initialized and has a balance
- Defined in utils/get-token-pool-infos.ts:170
