Get unified mint info for SPL/T22/light-token mints.
Parameters
- rpc: Rpc
  RPC connection
- address: PublicKey
  The mint address
- Optionalcommitment: Commitment
  Optional commitment level
- OptionalprogramId: PublicKey
  Token program ID. If not provided, tries all programs to auto-detect.
Returns Promise<MintInterface>
Object with mint, optional merkleContext, mintContext, and tokenMetadata
