Create idempotent instruction for creating an associated light-token account. Uses the default rent sponsor PDA by default.
Parameters
- feePayer: PublicKey
  Fee payer public key.
- owner: PublicKey
  Owner of the associated token account.
- mint: PublicKey
  Mint address.
- compressibleConfig: CompressibleConfig | null = DEFAULT_COMPRESSIBLE_CONFIG
  Compressible configuration (defaults to rent sponsor config).
- configAccount: PublicKey = LIGHT_TOKEN_CONFIG
  Config account (defaults to LIGHT_TOKEN_CONFIG).
- rentPayerPda: PublicKey = LIGHT_TOKEN_RENT_SPONSOR
  Rent payer PDA (defaults to LIGHT_TOKEN_RENT_SPONSOR).
